Parent Sharks,

We have something new to test for the Time Trials meet.  You have the opportunity to request your swimmer(s) events on the website!  Here's how you do it:
Go to the Upcoming Events on the side menu (of each page),
Click on the meet
On the Signup Calendar, scroll to the meet
Click the Meet Entry button on the right
Complete your swimmer(s) requested entries 
If your swimmer will not attend the meet, please indicate it and do not enter them in any events.  
We will be swimming individual events only.  There will be no relays.  

Some things to remember: 
These are requests.  The coaches will review and make any necessary changes.  
The final report of meet entries will be sent to you.  
This is just a test of this system.  We may or may not use it for dual meets.  
This may be for time trials only.  

The entries are open now and will close Monday at 9 pm.  At that time the entries will not be re-opened.  Any swimmers marked undetermined are assumed to be participating and will be entered in events chosen by the coach.  

Please check the information on the Meets 101 page.  That will answer most questions you may have for a meet.  The only big difference is our time schedule for the Time Trials meet.  Arrival is 6:30, Warmups at 6:45, Meet Starts at 7:15 We will not hold the start of the meet for late arrivals.  

This meet will be staffed with volunteers just like a regular meet. Please be prepared to work your assigned shift.  The work schedule will be sent out ASAP.  

Be prepared for some extra fun this season!  We will have a theme for each home meet.  Watch for details...
